We request that you reserve a driver at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that your request can be met.
How can I make a reservation?
.You can book directly with our reservation form or you can always call us. We are perfectly accessible during the day, in the evenings and on weekends. You can also email info@jagservice.nl
When do I get a conformation?
As soon as we find a suited driver you get the conformation. If you have requested a ride more than 24 hours in advance, we guarantee a driver – and therefore an order confirmation.
Can a driver also be deployed for an one way trip?
Yes, the driver will then travel to you by public transport or with an extra car and driver. A fee will be charged for this, depending on the destination the driver has to travel to.
Do I have to arrange something for the driver if he/she has to wait a long time?
No, the driver on duty is used to waiting times and can, for example, work on studies while waiting. But the driver can also do small jobs for you, such as taking the car through the car wash or running errands. If the driver’s service exceeds eight hours, a meal allowance of €:meal_reimbursement: will be charged.
What are the prices of JAG Service?
The rate for hiring a driver is €:tariff_ex_VAT: per hour (excl. VAT) and applies to both driving and waiting time. The minimum purchase is three hours. Call-out fees will be charged.
How can I pay?
You only pay after receiving our invoice. The invoice must be paid within 14 days. You can also pay by credit card.
